If so, that’s what I'm here for. But before I can do anything, I have a couple of questions.

Are you from Tassie?

If you are, great! One of the lucky ones. As your representative in the Senate, the I work hard to make sure I do whatever I can to help you out.

You're not?

Don’t worry, these things happen. The most important question is have you gone to your local MP or Senator first? Rules are rules, so if you haven’t gone to your local MP first, I need you to before we can do anything further.

I did that and didn't get the answer I needed

Then go ahead and send me a message. Make sure you attach whatever you sent to your local MP or Senator, and whatever you got back from them.

Otherwise my team are going to have to ask for it, and that’s going to slow things down.
