Prime Minister, scrap the tax cuts.

Anthony Albanese is barreling through on a tax cut the budget can’t afford. He agrees it’s bad for the budget. He agrees it’s bad for the economy.

Tell The Prime Minister: The stage 3 tax cuts need to be scrapped.

This isn't even a tax cut that Anthony Albanese likes.

And yet he's doing it.

He says it’s not Labor's policy, but when you’re given the chance to change something and you decide to keep things the way they are, then your policy is to keep things the way they are.

This is not complicated.

If Labor put a bill into the Senate today to delay or amend those stage 3 tax cuts, it would pass without breaking a sweat.

You don’t get to say that just because the other team legislated them, somehow you’re completely helpless to do anything about it.

When Labor won the election, they wanted to be more ambitious on climate change, so they increased the emissions reductions target.

The previous government didn’t want a Royal Commission into robodebt. Labor did, so they called one.

The previous government didn’t want to increase the skilled migration target. Labor did, so they changed it.

They changed things because they wanted things to change.

They’re not changing the stage three tax cuts because they don’t want things to change.

That’s a decision of the Labor Party. It’s their call. It’s expensive, it’s unfair, it’s irresponsible.

When we reach our goal, we will deliver the petition to the PM.
